What will it cost me?

It will not cost you anything to make a claim, the costs are recovered from the at fault insurer. There may be a success fee which may be deducted from your damages, only if you are successful with your case.

If you are not successful and have cooperated with us, there will be no costs.

How long will it take?

If it is a straightforward case, then from the point of you instructing us to the point of settlement should be approximately 3 to 4 months. If the other side extend the time for liability investigations than it may be slightly longer, however your dedicated file handler will keep you updated and attempt for a swift conclusion.

How much is my claim worth?

We will advise you at each point of the way as to the value of your claim, this is based on similar injuries being assessed by the Courts. Injuries affect individual in a different way therefore what may be assessed as the value of one individuals injury might be different to you.

Will I be able to get treatment for my injuries?

Yes we will be able to assist with arranging treatment for your injuries should they be in the form of physiotherapy, psychological or any other form of treatments that might be necessary to assist with your injuries. You can discuss directly with your handler and they will be able to assist.

The accident was some time ago and I am no longer injured, can I still claim?

You have 3 years from the date of the accident to bring a claim, if you were injured as a result of the accident but since than recovered you are still able to bring a claim for the injuries sustained. You do not have to be injured at the time of instructing us.

My car is also damaged and I need another vehicle?

We can arrange for an engineer to inspect your vehicle and provide a formal valuation and include that in your claim. We can also assist if you also a require a replacement vehicle and can arrange this for you.

Can I claim for other losses such as loss of earnings, damaged to clothing, policy excel?

We understand an injury can cause you other losses as well such as taking time off work and losing earning as a result, you may be able to claim for associated losses as well, discuss this with your case handler and they will be able to assist
